We have used JB for a few airport runs for my mum, who now travels on her own since the loss of my dad. We have always been super impressed with their professionalism, but this morning’s trip at 4am really was amazing. Since her last trip, mum has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s. Richard took the time to walk her into the airport, and take her to exactly where she needed to be. Totally unexpected, but very much appreciated.
